A Workshop
In one sitting, give your group three simple, practical tools to understand themselves better, hear their wisest self, and stop letting negative self-talk run the show.
For small groups — a community group, library, church, workplace, club, whatever yours looks like. 2 hours.
In person or online. In person usually means somewhere between Tampa and Orlando — Lakeland is home base, but the whole I-4 corridor is fair game. Further out? Let's talk about it.
Bring it to your group →I'm offering the beta price while I test and refine the format, in exchange for participant feedback.
The Idea
Too fast to notice where we're actually running low, or to hear the wisest part of ourselves underneath the noise. This workshop slows things down for 2 hours and gives your group three simple, practical tools.
Three Tools
The Wheel of Life
A visual snapshot of where life feels full and where it doesn't, across nine areas most people never step back to compare side by side. Helps participants understand themselves better.
Wisest Self
A way to hear the wisest, steadiest part of yourself, the one that's usually drowned out by daily noise. Helps participants trust the self that already knows what it needs.
Impostor Syndrome
A way to name the voice of self-doubt, so participants can build a healthier relationship with it instead of letting it quietly sabotage their growth.
How It Works
Participants are invited to take part in each exercise, though never required to. Those who do tend to get the most out of it. Just quiet reflection, a few simple worksheets, and space to see their own lives a little more clearly than they did an hour ago.
Led By
Dan Bough, a life coach who helps people find fulfillment in their lives, bringing a few of his coaching tools to your group.
Bring This to Your Group
A community group, library, church, workplace, club — if you run or belong to a small group that could use an hour (or two) of honest self-reflection, I'd love to bring it to you. In person between Tampa and Lakeland and Orlando, or online — further out, just say so in your message and we'll talk about it.
I'll get back to you soon to talk through the details.
