I'm putting together a new offering: behavioral interview coaching for software engineers, to help you find your strongest stories, shape them into clear answers, and practice until they feel natural instead of rehearsed.

• Shaping them into strong behavioral answers (STAR format, but not robotic)
• Mock interview practice with real feedback
