If you're tired of polished advice from people who seem to have it all figured out, you're probably in the right place.

I've spent 20 years in tech and tech leadership — building teams, navigating organizations, and trying to show up as a decent human being while doing it. I've been the one who looks competent on the outside and is quietly drowning on the inside. I know what it's like to succeed by most measures and still feel like something important is missing.
Along the way, I became a husband, a father, deepened my faith, and found myself drawn into community work — spaces where people drop the performance and get honest. I write too, imperfectly and compulsively, because putting words to things is how I make sense of them. None of this makes me an expert. It makes me someone who has done a lot of hard inner work and is still very much in it.
What I am is someone who listens well, asks questions that matter, and genuinely cares about the people I sit with. If you're looking for a thinking partner — someone to walk alongside you rather than hand you a blueprint — that's what this is.
